《幼儿园教育指导纲要》指出:“环境是重要的教育资源,应通过环境的创设和利用,有效地促进幼儿的发展。”为进一步凸显“环境即课程”,优化“儿童视角”的班级环境创设,近期,益英吉祥里幼儿园开展班级环境创设展示活动。

1.对话环境,浸润童心

各班教师秉持着"儿童本位"的教育理念,与孩子们一起巧妙布局,创设出了丰富多元、主题鲜明、充满童趣的课程环境。

各班老师基于儿童的视角,对班级环境创设理念、区域亮点等进行了生动阐释,让观摩教师在聆听、观察、思考中,不断反思,拓展环创新思路。

3.思想碰撞,互评共进

观摩结束后,各班教师从材料的投放、环境的支持、师幼互动等方面进行积极交流反馈。在思维的碰撞中,老师们对优化儿童视角的环境有了新的认识。在此次活动中,园领导肯定了老师们能巧妙运用身边的资源,让儿童在与环境的互动,同时建议让环境发挥其潜在的教育功能,把环创的权利交给孩子,让教育留痕,让孩子的成长看得见。

此次展示活动,以互动交流为载体,拓宽了教师对班级环境创设思路,让儿童在前,教师在后,让环境服务于幼儿。在今后的实践中,我园将继续探索基于儿童视角的环境创设,追随幼儿的兴趣与经验,支持幼儿的成长。
